Key Responsibilities:Conducting technical maintenance and support for engineering projectsAssisting in the fabrication, testing, and evaluation of defence-related equipmentEnsuring compliance with BPSS + SC Security Levels and ITAR regulationsCollaborating with engineering teams to enhance operational efficiencyMaintaining accurate documentation and reports of technical proceduresManaging and operating specialised tooling and equipment as required Job Requirements:Experience as a technician, preferably within the defence or a closely related sectorAbility to conduct technical and maintenance tasks onsiteKnowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 desirable Skills: Experience of working within a mechanical environment. Use of SAP, Microsoft Office and Teamcenter are desirable. Weapons background Robust nature as working outside mainly fromdeg to -12 deg Strong safety ethic A Team player in small teams Qualifications: Have a recognised Safety and Health Management qualification e.g. IOSH, desirable. Security Level:BPSS + SC + Subject to ITARThis role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
