Part-Time Marketing Assistant

-15 per hour | 2 days per week | Temporary 3-6 months

Working days: Thursday (essential) plus Tuesday or Wednesday (TBC). One day in the office near Wood Lane / White City, the other remotely.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the international marketing team of a well-established global creative business.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone early in their career with some previous office or marketing experience.

The Role:

• Providing general administrative support to the marketing team.
• Updating spreadsheets, product databases and marketing materials.
• Preparing presentations, newsletters and reports.
• Coordinating product samples and materials for events.
• Supporting product launches and marketing projects.
• Responding to internal and customer enquiries.

About You:

• Some previous office, administration or marketing experience is essential (including internships or placements).
• A degree or studies in Marketing, Business or a related subject would be advantageous.
• Confident using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well organised, proactive and comfortable managing tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

The Details:

• -15 per hour, 7 hours per day.
• 2 days per week, with potential to increase to 3.
• Initial 3-6 month assignment.
• Start date: 30 November 2026.
• Teams interviews w/c 16 November, followed by face-to-face interviews w/c 23 November.

Please note: Candidates must be able to commit to the agreed two days every week for the full duration of the assignment.
