Initially joining as Group Financial Controller, this is a genuine opportunity to build the finance function around yourself, bring more of the reporting and financial management in house and, as the group continues to grow, progress into Head of Finance and ultimately Finance Director. The businesses already have real momentum, with significant long term growth plans, but finance now needs to develop alongside that.
