The Opportunity: As a Project Administrator, you''ll play a key role in: Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements to ensure accurate information is captured and processed. Processing customer orders, checking details and coordinating information to support projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Managing multiple projects and their moving parts, including quotations, supplier information, lead times and changing customer requirements. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal colleagues to resolve queries, communicate updates and keep projects progressing. Maintaining accurate records, tracking outstanding actions and identifying potential issues before they affect delivery.
