Your responsibilities:* Work with the team and support the existing L2''s and L1''s with appropriate support in CyberArk* Engage with the customer teams to provide the updates as needed* Engage with the internal SME''s and provide/define solutions to any issues that they need support with* Proactively work on the solutions related to alerts and any improvements from CyberArk tool standpoint* Engage with the team to check if the SOP''s are updated with the most recent information which will help the team from troubleshooting standpoint* Engage with the team and provide any latest technical updates that the L1/L2 team might not be aware ofKey Skills andamp; Experience:* Ability to perform CyberArk version Upgrade * Ability to work with the internal Project team and end customer to continue design and deployment activities and further enhance the PAM solution * DR activity (failover/failback) in CyberArk PAM * Knowledge or experience with Active Directory, LDAP, MFA (SAML, Azure SSO, etc) * Good Communication skills * Customization of existing connection components andamp; Plugins (Added Advantage) * Cy
