Do you have the resilience and skills to work within a primary resource provision setting and within mainstream classrooms? If so, we want to hear from you!We are currently seeking a dedicated Autism Support Assistant to join a primary resource provision in Coventry, working full-time, long-term. In this role, you will support students with autism both in the resource provision on a 1:1 and small group basis, as well as assist with inclusion time spent in mainstream lessons for key subjects.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with autism, ensuring they access the curriculum and engage in learning.Support students in lessons, assisting them with key subjects and helping with their integration into the broader school environment.Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure the students needs are met and their progress is tracked.Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
