Health and Safety Compliance Officer Location: RomfordDepartment: Facilities and Compliance Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 per annum The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Compliance Officer to join a busy centre operation. This role is responsible for ensuring statutory, regulatory, and operational compliance across the site, supporting safe building operations, and driving a positive culture of health, safety, and accountability. Working closely with contractors, tenants, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, you will play a key role in managing audits, inspections, compliance systems, incident response, and statutory requirements while ensuring the centre operates safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities - A willingness to learn and develop within a compliance-focused role.
