We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on using modern technologies and experience leading and managing software engineering teams.Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software systems (client-side and server-side)Provide technical guidance and direction to the development teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutionsBuild the front-end of applications through appealing visual designDevelop and design effective APIsPlan and execute strategies for completing projects on timeStay current on industry trends and technologies to continually improve the team''s technical capabilitiesEnsure that all software development is done to a high standard, and that it is fully tested and deployed in a secure and reliable mannerKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required

3+ years leading and mentoring engineering teamsStrong technical experience leading the design and development of complex software systemsKnowledge of multiple front-end and back-end languages (Node.js, React, Next.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and their librariesFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQLFamiliarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDBExperience with event-driven architecturesProficiency with Git, Confluence, JiraBasic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and Continuous Integration and Deployment/DeliveryAbility to write application code and automated tests according to team-adopted practices, disciplines, and quality guidelinesSelf-starter that can take a product problem and develop a working technical solution
