Working closely with fundraising colleagues and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure fundraising campaigns, events, donor engagement activities, and income processing are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards. Ensure supporter data is maintained accurately and in line with GDPR and data protection requirements. Analyse fundraising performance, income trends, campaign results, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Oversee the accurate processing and reconciliation of donations, event income, sponsorship income, and Gift Aid claims.
