Assistant Manager Sought for thriving Leisure /Hospitality site in Edmonton.

They are now looking for an Assistant-Manager for their site in Edmonton:

This is a successful, muti-faceted-site and your role will be to work with the GM to improve customer service,, ensure H+S guidelines are kept to, monitor and analyse the KPI''s, and generally ensure that the site is well run, and somewhere where customers come to have a great time ! You will be managing a team of 20+ and will be responsible for improving the customer journey and maximising revenue opportunities.

Must be used to managing teams of 15+

Understands KPIs and can analyse the P+L

• Maintain inventory and manage supplies to support operational needs.
