About the role: Thera East Anglia are looking for full time, part time and relief Support Workers to join our team in Sheringham, where we will be supporting 4 wonderful ladies who live together. Their home is an extremely well-equipped bungalow which has a lovely homely feel to it. All 4 ladies lead busy lives and would like to participate in lots of community-based activities. The role will be varied and not only will you become a positive role model in their lives, you will be supporting them with many aspects of daily living such as shopping, preparing meals, housework and support with personal care. The current staff team are extremely dedicated to the people they support and between them, have years of experience. You will be able to draw on this experience and expertise if you are successful.
