Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily running of the roomPlan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport, mentor, and supervise room staffMonitor children''s learning and development through observation and assessmentEnsure the room meets high standards of care, safety, and hygieneBuild strong partnerships with parents and carersAct as a Key Person for a group of childrenEnsure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always metContribute to staff meetings and continuous improvement within the nursery Requirements Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)Previous experience in an early years settingExperience leading or supervising a team (preferred)Strong knowledge of the EYFS frameworkClear understanding of safeguarding and child protectionExcellent organisational and leadership skills Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
