We are looking for an ambitious Business Development-Manager to drive growth across the South UK territory, developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.

Our client is-a market-leading manufacturer and provider of industrial air extraction and local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities across the South UK
• Manage and convert inbound sales enquiries
• Conduct site surveys and identify customer requirements
• Recommend technical solutions and prepare commercial proposals
• Manage projects from enquiry through to handover
• Build long-term relationships with manufacturing businesses
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Work closely with Engineering, Projects and Service teams

About You

• Proven experience in industrial B2B sales
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes
• Commercially driven with a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience within LEV, dust extraction, fume extraction or industrial engineering markets would be advantageous
