This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Course Leader - Brickwork, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education while leading and developing the Brickwork curriculum within a supportive Further Education college.The Role:Lead and coordinate Brickwork programmes from Entry Level to Level 3.Oversee curriculum planning, development, and quality improvement within the Brickwork provision.Support, mentor, and collaborate with teaching staff to ensure high standards of delivery.Teach Brickwork programs Entry Level to Level 3Deliver engaging lessons and practical sessionsSupport curriculum development and employer partnerships (where relevant)Create resources and assess learner progressRequirements:A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Brickwork.A teaching qualificationLevel 2 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.Benefits:Up to 50 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.Flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balance.Access to Medicash health plans for you and your family.Membership of the Teachers'' Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme (role dependent).Ongoing ..... full job details .....
