Westway Trust is looking for an HR Administrator to provide professional and reliable support across the employee lifecycle. This is a varied generalist role where you ll help keep HR processes accurate, efficient and employee-focused. The role Working closely with the Senior Manager: HR and wider HR team, you ll be a key point of contact for day-to-day HR administration and employee queries. Key responsibilities Respond to HR enquiries from employees and external contacts Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare HR documentation, including offer and probation letters Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with GDPR Support the staff appraisal process Maintain training records and arrange employee training Provide administrative support relating to employee benefits Create templates, forms and documents using Microsoft Office and Excel Help review and improve HR processes Support wellbeing initiatives and wider HR projects About Westway Trust Westway Trust is a unique charity responsible for 23 acres of space beneath the Westway A40.
