Role Responsibility As a Deputy Clinical Services Manager, your vital role will involve a wide range of clinical duties, deputising for the Clinical Services Manager and providing day to day leadership within the clinical team, including line management, staff leadership and mentorship. You will take the lead on harm reduction across the service, supervise and support staff through clinical supervision, appraisals and training, and complete audits to ensure clinical pathways and protocols are high quality, adhered to and continually improved.
