Sales & Service Advisor

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £24,960/year + branch bonus scheme

Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (Full-Time, Permanent)
 
An established specialist trade counter is looking for a motivated Sales & Service Advisor to join their Newcastle team.
  Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Service: Promote and sell vehicle transport equipment, accessories, and services; process hire bookings and installations.
• Admin & Operations: Manage the workshop diary, process invoices/payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Branch Upkeep: Assist with stock control, stock takes, and keep the branch organized and presentable.

  About You:

Experience in sales or customer service (trade counter experience is a plus). Proactive, target-driven, and commercially aware. Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills.

Must have a full UK driving licence.
