Start Date: ASAP (after passing background checks) DutiesProvide support both one on one and in groups to students with SEN needs, such as ASC, ADHD and various learning difficultiesAssist in the development and implementation of Education Plans (EHCPs) tailored to each student''s needs.Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social skills and cofidence in lessons. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive classroom environment.Support students during lessons, helping them engage with the curriculum effectively.Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and staff on a regular basisParticipate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills related to special education.RequirementsExperience working with children or people with Special needs, particularly those with special educational needs or disabilities.Strong communication skills and understanding of learning disabilities and how to overcome these to enable effective learning and education Alternate education qualifications in education or special education is desirable.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and resilience when working with children facing emotional challenges.Apply
