Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Warehouse Supervisor Overview:

A hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, distribution, and dispatch. You’ll manage workflow, optimise space and efficiency, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and lead a motivated, performance-driven team.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse planning, goods-in/out, inventory, and space utilisation
• Enforce H&S, environmental, and quality compliance across all operations
• Track and deliver KPIs; drive continuous improvement and lean practices
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse team to maximise performance
• Collaborate with planning, production, and purchasing teams for efficient workflow
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development plans
   

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse leadership within manufacturing
• Strong people management, communication, and team development skills
• Knowledge of lean/5S, H&S legislation, and QC tools
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word); ERP experience beneficial
• Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
