We require candidates with some production experience with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn new skills. Must be able to read and understand English. Shift Hours as a Production Operative in Coventry:Fixed day shift8 hours per day07.00 - 15.00 Some shifts may start earlier or finish later due to the demands of the business. Monday to FridayWeekend support required in busy periods Long term workOpportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.Pay Rates for Production Operative: 12.31 per hour for first levelOvertime paid after 37.5 hoursx1.5 and x2 rate. Pay increases as and when you are trained and skilled in various tasks. Basic pay can rise to 15.50 per hour before overtime. Duties as a Production Operative in Coventry: Support the warehouse facility in the fabrication department making various piped solutions. Ensuring accuracy make sure no mistakes are made. Accurately use various tools and be able to use a measuring tape and spirit level.
