Project Manager (Contract) Duration: Up until 31/12/26 (Possibility for extension)Location: Bristol Harbourside/Hybrid (3 days per week on site)Rate: A highly competitive Salary or Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates Role Summary As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project Business Lead to oversee the phased delivery of critical initiatives. Your focus will be on executing key milestones, engaging effectively with stakeholders, and aligning all activities with the overarching programme objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Maintain and manage the project plan, including dependencies, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA and Excel.Facilitation: Facilitate weekly progress meetings, tracking actions and escalating risks, issues, and decisions as needed.Risk Analysis: Support the Business Lead in identifying, analysing, and resolving project risks, issues, and blockers.Reporting: Produce high-quality project status reports and management information for stakeholders and governance forums.RAID Logs: Maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and assist in risk mitigation activities.Process Redesign: Support business process redesign activities, including process discovery, documentation, and the creation of current-state and future-state process maps.Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate and manage engagement across business and technology teams to ensure seamless collaboration.Tool ..... full job details .....
