Production Operative - Finishing Plant Permanent £37,503.45 per annum4 on, 4 off - 12-hour shifts 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off24/7 Manufacturing Environment296 hours annual leave including bank holiday allowance We are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join a specialist process manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on position working directly with critical production equipment, including rotary kilns, coolers, blending and mixing equipment, screening systems, conveyors and packaging machinery. The site operates 24/7, with employees working a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern consisting of two day shifts followed by two night shifts and four days off. The processes and equipment used on site are specialist, so full training will be provided. Previous experience operating machinery, monitoring manufacturing processes or working within an industrial production environment will give you an excellent foundation for the role. The Role Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for safely operating and monitoring plant equipment while ensuring products are manufactured consistently to the required quality and specification.
