We are currently recruiting for a Materials Analyst on behalf of our client, based in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing all Material Management and Logistics processes and stock holdings. In particular, the role examines how stock levels affect inventory costs, order fill rates for both internal and external customers, and overall customer satisfaction. You will support the Material Management Department and senior management in implementing company policy, procedures and stock optimisation strategies.Role: Materials Analyst Pay: 21.51 per hour via Umbrella Contract: 37.5 hours per week, 12 months contract Location: Oxford - 1 day hybrid IR35: Inside SC Clearance: BPSSResponsibilities:Take responsibility for stock optimization, drive overall stock health by running weekly MRP reports, executing supplier purchase orders, maintaining Min/Max systems within SAP and managing the equipment pool alongside CAMO and Planning teams.Analyse aged stock profiles in close collaboration with the Finance team to devise mitigation strategies, while collaborating with MRO teams to maintain high-turnover spares and Aircraft General Spares that form part of Min/Max system.Conduct and execute in-depth performance analysis across core KPIs, including On-Time Response (OTR), On-Time Delivery (OTD), Stock Collection Adequacy (SCA), and fill rates.
