Estimator - New Build and Refurbishment Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 per annum Sector: Construction / Multidisciplinary Contractor Employment Type: Full-time Hill McGlynn are currently working with a well-established multidisciplinary contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their team, based from their offices in Potters Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating a variety of new build and refurbishment projects, working across multiple disciplines and project types. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to join a growing and diverse contractor with a strong pipeline of work. The Role As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to submission. You will work closely with the pre-construction, commercial and operational teams to ensure projects are priced effectively and delivered within the client''s requirements.
