Responsibilities

Supporting paediatric care and general and specialist treatments.

Assisting paediatric specialists with treatments and assessments.

Providing calm, confident chairside support during inhalation sedation.

Monitoring and reassuring young patients throughout their visit.

Maintaining accurate, professional clinical notes.

Supporting general restorative clinicians with a wide range of treatments.

Assisting with cosmetic, endodontic, and preventative procedures.

Opportunity to work with an expanding team of specialists, including orthodontists and endodontists.

Contributing to a holistic care model that supports whole-body health.

Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene.

Managing digital records, decontamination processes, and patient communication.

Providing clear, empathetic support to patients throughout their appointments.

What the Practice Offers

Must be GDC Registered.

Minimum 1 year experience in Paediatric and Sedation Nursing - Essential.

Immediate Life Support Certification - Essential.

Sedation Qualification.

Radiography Certification.

Familiar with Dentally Software.

A confident, caring communicator who is flexible, well-organised and passionate about holistic care.

Schedule and Role DetailsSchedule: Full Time or Part-time Paediatric Nursing (minimum 2 days - Monday and Thursday required) with General Dental Nursing days to make a Full-Time role. Competitive hourly rate from £18 per hour based on experience.

Part-time hours (2 days) with Paeds Specialist, OR Full-time Paeds and General Nursing.
