Prepare affected staff and business areas for new ways of working. Manage virtual teams via matrix management and line manage members of the Project Delivery Team. Follow appropriate governance within the regulatory framework of a licensed critical national infrastructure organisation. Support Project Delivery Practice management tasks, such as the Project Managers Working Group. Demonstrate adherence to organisational behaviours. Maintain high levels of expertise and credibility through continuous professional development. Ensure Operational Safety and Health and Safety activities are undertaken for all projects.Skillset/experience required:Project Management qualification (APM PMQ/APM or equivalent). STEM degree and/or extensive experience in a management role, notably in Project and Programme Management. Proven experience in delivery and integration of complex projects. Experience of establishing strong commercial relationships and understanding of contract management. C
