Construction Planner Location: London Salary: 38,000 to 45,000 Industry: Residential Travel: Site Visits on a weekly basis An opportunity has opened for a Construction Planner to join a building services company based in West London. The ideal candidate will have experience as a construction planner and must be able to travel to sites for site visits around the London area. You will have also worked on large scale residential projects. Construction Planner Key Skills: Experienced construction planner ideally within the residential sector Degree in Construction Management or similar ideally Experience using Primavera P6 or MS Project Strong understanding of construction methods and project methods Background of site visits and planning Strong report writing experience including risk assessments etc Construction Planner Responsibilities: Write, develop and maintain construction schedules and plans for projects Use planning software to develop schedules Monitor and report progress on projects Communicate with customers and contractors to ensure projects are on time Prepare and present reports and forecast timings Support pre-construction phase Attend sites (all in London area) to conduct reports If you could be interested in finding out more about the role as a Construction Planner, please apply with your latest CV.
