Our Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of running an efficient, safe, and profitable site while focusing on delivering the best year yet for our students. Coaching, developing and motivating your team to drive performanceAdopting a proactive and strategic approach to people planning to ensure the site is appropriately staffed at all timesPromoting resident satisfaction and retention by actively attracting five-star reviews and resolving complaints and service issuesBeing accountable for leasing performance in your clusterConducting monthly financial performance reviews and managing the site’s Profit and Loss (PandL) accountManaging and monitoring the site’s balanced scorecard metrics and seeking ways to enhance performanceEnsuring resident welfare and offering support services where appropriateManaging and monitoring compliance with health and safety standardsScheduling planned maintenance and reporting processesCollaborating with central support teams to ensure the site receives required supportBuilding effective relationships with external stakeholders such as universities, education providers and the local communityWhat makes a great iQer?
