In this role, you will be responsible for managing onsite interview arrangements for Service Users, ensuring everything runs smoothly from setup through to completion. This includes preparing equipment, providing technical support, and supporting Service Users throughout the process. This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while delivering a high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee onsite interview setups, ensuring all equipment is ready and fully functionalProvide first-line technical support during interviewsCarry out welfare checks to support Service Users throughout the processDeliver clear and effective hand overs between team membersWork collaboratively with colleagues and Service Users across multiple locationsMaintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholdersWork a structured rota of early, mid, and late shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pmAbout YouPrevious experience in a coordination or administrative roleStrong problem-solving skills, particularly with basic IT or technical equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
