We have an opportunity for an experienced individual with first class customer service skills to join our team in Barnsbury. The Barnsbury Estate has a significant profile at Newlon. It is a major regeneration project, providing new homes and green spaces for existing and new residents, and substantial refurbishment to existing blocks in the north of the estate. You will contribute to the effective running of the Estate by providing a high-quality response service to residents, managing Barnsbury community centres, covering all enquiries relating to housing management and maintenance/repair matters. You will aim to deliver quick and effective solutions to all customers and work collaboratively across all teams to provide an outstanding and supportive service. With proven experience in a customer focused environment, you will have outstanding communication skills and a good understanding of how to adapt services to meet the diverse needs of customers.
