Business Analyst - Workday HCM Transformation (24-Month FTC)Location: London (4 days per week) Contract: Full-Time, 24-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: Up to 80,000 plus 10% bonus, Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and competitive pension schemeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM as part of a wider people systems and operational transformation programme.Working across a complex, federated organisation, you will partner closely with HR, Reward, Finance, IT and operational stakeholders to understand current processes, define future-state requirements, and support the successful delivery of Workday through system integration partners.This is a highly business-facing role focused on HR processes, requirements gathering, process improvement, validation, and user adoption rather than technical system configuration. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR process knowledge and experience working across complex, multi-entity environments.
