Mechanical Project Manager Commercial Fit Out £400/day - Long-Term Contract London We are working with one of the top 30 UK MEP subcontractors to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a high-profile commercial fit out project in Central London. This is a long-term contract opportunity, offering stability, a dynamic project environment, and a competitive rate of £400 per day. The Role: You will take full responsibility for the mechanical package, leading the delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to managing programme and quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of mechanical services on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, and public health Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and main contractors Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Lead project meetings and liaise regularly with clients, consultants, and the wider project team Monitor health and safety compliance and maintain site records Oversee commissioning and handover processes Candidate Requirements: Proven experience managing mechanical packages on commercial fit out projects Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and installation practices Excellent organisational and leadership skills SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant mechanical qualifications are desirable London-based or able to commu
