We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Mechanical and Electrical (MandE/MEP) contractor based in the Merseyside. The company delivers high-quality MandE solutions across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial projects, working alongside some of the UK''s leading main contractors, developers and consultants. The Role Managing costs across MandE projects from pre-contract through to final account Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts Procurement and subcontractor management Cost reporting and monitoring project budgets Liaising with clients, main contractors and the internal project team Supporting commercial risk management across a varied project portfolio Requirements Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MandE/MEP or a related building services background Strong commercial and cost management skills Experience working across mechanical and/or electrical packages Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent experience) Strong communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving licence What''s on Offer Permanent position Competitive salary, dependent on experience Based in the North West, working across a varied project portfolio Join a well-established, award-winning MandE contractor with a strong pipeline of work Genuine opportunity for career progression within a growing business If you''re an experienced ..... full job details .....
