The individual will be joining an organisation who offer a full construction consultancy service in a cohesive, problem-solving manner. About the Role The successful Building Surveyor will largely be office based and provide initial diagnostics to allocate the right resources. You will then propose and quote a testing strategy. The successful Building Surveyor will liaise with the survey technicians to interpret results, agree findings and make recommendations. In some instances, you will write remedial works specifications and arrange / manage those repairs. The role will require a large amount of phone work and client interaction, so strong people skills are a must. About the Requirements The successful Building Surveyor should be able to demonstrate the following: Have higher education qualification in construction related subject.
