Daily service sees a steady flow of 40 guests at lunch and over 180 for dinner, reflecting its loyal following and consistent demand. Senior Chef de Partie benefits:

• Contracted hourly rate of pay - andpound;17 per hour

Chef de Partie requirements:

• We''re seeking an experienced chef to take charge of our high-pressure sauce sectionandmdash;the engine room of our kitchen. This is the busiest and most demanding station, so weandrsquo;re seeking someone with exceptional culinary skill, sharp organisation, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A strong Senior Chef de Partie with a stable and proven background working in upmarket and busy restaurants.
• A Senior Chef de Partie that is well organised and can work well within a united team.
