Production Operative/ Team Leader Duties:

• Lead a small team with effective communication to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Support the training and development of team members
• Communicate effectively across all departments within the business
• Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products following established recipes and specifications
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, reporting any mechanical issues

Pay & Hours:

• From -1314 per hour
• Monday to Friday (primarily Monday-Thursday production, with some Fridays required)

What We''re Looking For:

• Confidence in communicating effectively within a team
• Essential basic maths skills for accurate measurements and inventory
• Knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP, is highly desirable
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment
• Mandatory previous experience in food production or a similar environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team
