The Opportunity You ll be part of a highly capable engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving a busy FMCG production site. Working nights, you ll take ownership of breakdown response, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. You ll be trusted to work with autonomy, solve problems quickly, and contribute to overall site performance. What You ll Be Doing Responding to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) with a proactive mindset Diagnosing faults across electrical and mechanical systems Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across machinery and site performance Driving plant uptime and contributing to OEE improvements Completing repairs during production in a safe and efficient manner Maintaining accurate engineering logs and work orders Supporting contractor activity and liaising with external suppliers Ensuring compliance with health and safety, GMP, and hygiene standards Working closely with production teams to maintain strong communication and performance What We re Looking For Mini
