Social Media and Influencer Specialist

Social Media and Influencer LeadOur client is looking for a talented Social Media and Influencer Lead to drive our social and digital strategy across all our brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing rolling 12-month digital and social content calendars, managing influencer relationships, and driving engagement and customer acquisition across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, TikTok Shop, CRM, and email campaigns. This is a senior, hands-on role, combining strategy, content creation, influencer management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional omnichannel marketing results.Main DutiesDigital and Social StrategyHelp design and implement a rolling 12-month social and digital content calendar aligned to the omnichannel marketing plan.Create high-quality, engaging content for all brands, across multiple touchpoints (website, social, CRM, newsletters).Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.Influencer ManagementIdentify, engage, and manage influencer relationships to amplify brand reach and credibility.Handle legal agreements, contracts, and agency relationships related to influencer activity.Collaborate with agencies to execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.Campaign Execution and CollaborationWork closely with E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Category Managers, Shopper Marketing, and Customer Care teams to deliver seamless campaigns.Support acquisition of first-party data and growth of the customer database.Oversee paid media boosts, collaborative content, and competitions as part of the social plan.Evaluation and ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance, engagement, and ROI.Provide insights and recommendations to improve future social, digital, and influencer strategies.Skills and KnowledgeStrong technical knowledge of key digital and social platforms.Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to different audiences.Analytical skills with the ability to forecast customer acquisition and ROI.Content marketing expertise and understanding of current digital trends.Strong organisational, presentation, and project management skills.Collaborative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Experience managing budgets and agencies effectively.Willingness to travel as required for filming and campaign execution if requiredBusiness or Marketing degree (or equivalent).Salary and Information£55K full time perm salary equivalent3-4 month contract4.5 days working week, early finish Friday (reduced hours might be available)Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days home - must be able to travel to Havant area
