The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining an expanding group of companies with a turnover in excess of 175M, delivering high-profile joinery and fit-out packages across London and the South East on schemes ranging from 1M to 15M. Operating from their Borehamwood head office with regular site visits into Central London, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the full commercial process from tender through to final account. Projects span across luxury residential developments, commercial offices, cultural spaces, and large-scale public sector works.
