You will play a vital role in turning complex data into clear insights, helping senior leaders understand risks, improve compliance, and meet regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the collection, validation, and management of compliance and building safety dataAnalyse data to identify risks, trends, and performance gapsDevelop risk models, dashboards, and assurance frameworksProduce high-quality reports for senior leadership and governance boardsSupport regulatory requirements including the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Drive improvements in data quality, systems, and reporting standardsWork collaboratively with housing, compliance, and asset management teamsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Strong experience working with complex data in compliance, housing, or property environmentsKnowledge of building safety and statutory compliance areas (e.g. fire, gas, electrical, asbestos
