Based in the hospital''s plant room, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all heating and mechanical systems critical to patient care and hospital operations. Key Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and hot water systems within the hospital plant room. Carry out routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and planned preventative maintenance on steam systems , pumps, pressurisation units, and associated mechanical equipment. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital services. Ensure all works are carried out in line with statutory compliance, health and safety regulations, and hospital policies. Support energy efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities for performance improvements within the plant. Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
