We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations Engineer to support our global business. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, support compliance, and collaborate with security teams. This role is based in our London office, five days a week, fostering face-to-face teamwork.What you will be doing

Maintain ISO27001 compliance environmentSupport onboarding/offboarding, device setup, account managementManage global hardware deploymentMaintain network infrastructureAssist with security investigations and incident responseResolve IT issues and provide support in-officeCollaborate with security, compliance, and technical teamsProcure office technology and IT equipmentStandardize meeting room technologyMonitor and optimize IT system performanceDocument IT processes and inventoryWhat we are looking for

4+ years in IT operations or similarExperience with Google Workspace and SlackBackground in fast-growing tech companiesProficiency in coding and AI automation toolsKnowledge of ISO27001 and security frameworksExperience with enterprise device managementNetworking troubleshooting skillsSupport for remote/hybrid work environmentsVendor management skillsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to support global operations across time zonesAdded bonus
