RequirementsMinimum of one years experience as a Chef de Partie or above, with proven skills and reliabilityConfidence to run any kitchen section or lead a team when requiredAbility to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on delivering quality under pressureStrong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulationsClear communication, a positive attitude, and a collaborative approach to kitchen teamworkClean chef uniform and your knives on sites.
