COMMERCIAL MANAGER - NEC4 ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (ECC) Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Defence Sector, who is seeking a Commercial Manager for an initial 12-month assignment. Location: Hybrid working - Salisbury The ideal candidates will have a proven Commercial Management background, with the following skills/experience:Extensive experience with NEC4 contracting, particularly Engineering Construction Contracts (ECC) and Professional Service Contracts (PSC).Experience in Commercial Management construction programmes within the Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government sectors.Comprehensive end-to-end procurement experience in the public sector.Familiarity with CCS procurement frameworks.Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (PCR) and Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR).Understanding of the Procurement Act 2023.NEC4 accreditation and MCIPs or an equivalent qualification.To apply, please submit your latest CV for review.
