The TikTok Shop Europe BPandO team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe’s dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.Responsibilities

Collaborate with category managers to design and execute category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.Analyse partner segments and optimise short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.Optimise business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.Qualifications
