The RoleEnsure that all estimating processes and procedures are followed to deliver a submission following tender settlement Work within established commercial and operations team in preparation of competitive tender offersUndertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation Undertake a full analysis of tender returns received during the tender processAttend start-up pre-price and price meetingsProject locations across the UKA sound knowledge and understanding of JCT/DandB contracts, and demonstrable experience of running interior fit out works contracts is preferableTypically, the role will involve the management of multiple contracts concurrently, so the ability to manage time efficiently is criticalPrevious experience of working on constructions contracts is useful, though not essentialAbility to review contracts, contract ammendments, and identify risks to the business is usefulmethodical and well organised approach to financial management of the project (s)Internal handover with sales and operationProcurement of subcontract packages - LPM / Labour only / materials supply
