IT Engineer (Infrastructure and Support) 1st/2nd Line Support Our client is a global market leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of advanced POS systems and industrial weigh labelling solutions, supporting major retailers and food processing businesses worldwide. The Role We are seeking a hands-on IT Engineer to support and maintain IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user services within a fast-paced SME environment. You ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage core systems, liaise with third-party suppliers, and help improve IT security, resilience, and service delivery. This role offers a high level of autonomy and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and Group / HQ IT teams.
