£27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (Pro rata for part time hours, dependent on experience)Additional Allowance:

Inner London Weighting

£4,133.14 (pro rata for part time hours)Contract:

Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

What You’ll Be DoingBuilding Trust and Supporting Recovery: You’ll be there from the very first contact, guiding individuals through assessments, planning, and onward referrals, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Creating Safe and Engaging Spaces: You’ll deliver workshops and group sessions on topics like managing emotions, improving sleep, and building healthy relationships, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.

Promoting Growth and Independence: You’ll encourage resilience, peer connections, and self-determination, empowering individuals to lead purposeful, fulfilling lives.

Reducing Harm and Fostering Integration: You’ll help reduce the risks associated with substance use and support people in reconnecting with their communities.

Championing Advocacy and Access: You’ll advocate for individuals to access services and resources, ensuring no barriers stand in their way.

Contributing to Meaningful Activities: You’ll help design, deliver, and evaluate group activities that are creative, impactful, and tailored to those you support.

About YouLived Experience or Understanding of Substance Use Challenges: Your personal journey or understanding gives you empathy with those you support.

A Desre to Lead and Inspire: You are eager to learn, confident in building connections and handling challenges with empathy and professionalism.

Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You are a great listener and clear communicator, comfortable learning new IT skills.

Proactive and Eager to Learn: You bring energy, initiative, and a positive outlook.

Awareness of Mental Health and Recovery: You are passionate about understanding mental health and recovery and ready to expand knowledge.

Team-Oriented and Collaborative: You work well with diverse teams and stakeholders.

A Commitment to Making a Difference: You value safeguarding and confidentiality and are eager to contribute to the team and the people we support.
