We are looking for a proven commercial professional with experience in social housing refurbishment programmes delivering Cavity Wall Insultation, Windows and doors, Solar PV, Air source heat pumps. You will have a comprehensive commercial understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management, the CVR process as well as excellent client relationship skills.As the Quantity Surveyor for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:Control all expenditureReconcile cost/value reports and profit forecastsOn-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliersEnsuring value for money and financial assessmentsManage day to day cost control and monitoring and reportingProcess Sub contractor requests for payment via application and invoiceAttend project and company related meetingsEnsure timely cash flow managementMaintain and develop professional relationships with clients and customersEssential Quantity Surveyor Experience:Degree or other technical qualificationQuantity Surveying experience with a main contractorStrong commercial awarenessProven track ..... full job details .....
