DV Cleared Support Engineer/ 2nd Line - 3 months+ - (Apply online only)pd Outside IR35 - Full time on site in Surrey ( 5 days per week) Looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join our clients team to design, build, and deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. You''ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision-making for critical operations.Key Duties and responsibilities Respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing feedback on progress. Providing basic 1st/2nd line support for our environments, services and infrastructure. Escalate to 3rd line for complex issues. End user support (desk-side and remote). Issuing comms to the user community for incidents and maintenance events. Respond to monitoring alerts, triage and escalate where necessary. Ensure incident tickets are appropriately updated and maintained, and fed into the major incident process where necessary. Ensure incident resolutions are appropriately documented in the ticketing system and wider knowledge base.
